A playful 11-second song posted “just for fun” exploded online, caught Dr Pepper’s attention and launched Romeo Bingham's new career.

In an era when TikTok stars can become chart-topping artists, bestselling authors and Hollywood actors seemingly overnight, one creator just added another career goal to the list: writing a nationally aired Dr Pepper commercial jingle.

It all started with a casual TikTok post and ended with a major soda brand turning a viral sound into an official advertising campaign.

According to People magazine, TikToker and musician Romeo Bingham (known on TikTok as @romeosshow) posted a short, playful jingle on December 23, 2025. The song featured simple, catchy lyrics:
