About the Role: AshleyWilsonMedia is hiring 2 UGC/Content Creators based in Columbia, MD to produce engaging short-form social content for a local beauty business. This role involves attending in-person content sessions twice a week, capturing footage, and editing 3 pieces of content per week for social platforms. You’ll brainstorm fun, creative video ideas and help showcase the client’s personality, products, and services in an authentic, social-first way.

Responsibilities:
Attend 2 in-person filming sessions weekly (approx. 2–3 hours each)
Capture and edit 4 videos per week (TikTok/Reels style)
Concept and pitch content ideas based on current trends
Add captions, transitions, voiceovers, and light motion graphics
Deliver edited videos bi-weekly and implement feedback quickly

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience filming for social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Strong editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere)
Creative eye for visuals, pacing, and storytelling
Understanding of current social media trends and algorithms
Confident filming with phone or camera
Enthusiastic about the beauty industry

Rate & Schedule: $1,250 per month
Schedule includes 2 in-person days weekly and flexible
Remote editing time
Great fit for freelancers, students, or creatives looking to grow in content production
Must be able to work as an Independent Contractor.
