SAG-AFTRA TV Pilot Background Casting Notice

Contract Type: SAG-AFTRA Television Agreement

Shoot Date: May 24 to June 11, 2021

Shoot Location: Baltimore, MD area

Thea Washington Casting is seeking background performers for an upcoming television pilot for Hulu which will be filming in the Baltimore, MD area. Roles are available for performers of all ages, all genders, and all ethnicities.

NOTE: Please do not submit unless you agree with a 1960s/1970s haircut and facial hair – at the discretion of the hair department. As well as attending paid fittings and Covid testings.

Production is also looking for automobiles from 1969 and earlier. If you have a vehicle from 1969 or earlier please send four photos of the car, including interior, style, make, model, year, location of car, and your contact info to be considered there will be a significant bump in pay.

Stand-in : who can portray dark skinned AA Male, 175lbs, 30s , close cut hair

Stand-in: who can portray White Male 30s-40s, 6ft, dark hair around 175lbs

Stand-in: who can portray AA Female, 30s, 5”5, 150lbs,

Stand-in: who can portray White Male, 5”10, 150lbs, 20s to early 30s

Various roles:

All races 18+ but can portray younger

Who can portray classy wealthy AAs ages late 20s - 40s

Who can portray AA “black panther’ types

Who can portray AA

Who can portray white male fit clean cut uniform types (Firemen, Cops, Detectives)

White women ages 20-40s who can portray “trophy wife” and or “secretary” types
