Richmond, VA- *URGENT Submit by 1/31 9PM* Car Commercial seeking non-union actors
Our client is seeking talent for an upcoming car commercial shoot in Richmond VA. This is a nonunion shoot. Here are the details known at this time AND submission procedures:
--Anticipated filming date: 2/9 & 2/10. See details below on which roles play by number of days as these vary by role.
--Selected talent MUST get COVID testing on 2/8 at specified location (paid by client). This is REQUIRED in order to participate on this shoot.
--Back up shoot dates: 2/16-18 if needed
This IS an outdoor shoot. Talent will be requested to remain in their own vehicles when not filming. There may be some interior shots taken as well. Additionally, talent are requested to bring own snacks, drinks, lunch, etc., as this will not be provided. COVID precautions will be taken during this shoot.
SEEKING THE FOLLOWING TALENT:
--REAL FAMILY as follows:
African American Male - 35 - 45 years old
African American Female - 35 - 45 years old
African American Girl - 10 - 14 years old
African American Boy - 6 - 10 years old
ONLY REAL FAMILIES WILL BE CONSIDERED. They are NOT creating a family for this grouping.
Mom & Dad will be needed BOTH days of filming. Rate is min $500 per day per adult. Will be needed at multiple locations (adults).
Children will only be needed for 1/2 day on one of the filming days. Rate is min $200 per child for the half day.
--CONSUMER - Asian Female - 50 - 65 years old. Will be needed BOTH days of filming. Rate is min $500 per day per adult. Will be needed at multiple locations.
--Associate 1 - Indian Female - 25 - 35 years old. Will be needed 1.5 days at multiple locations. Rate is min $500 for full day and $200 for half day per adult.
--Associate 2 - Caucasian Female - 45 - 60 years old. Will be needed 1.5 days at multiple locations. Rate is min $500 for full day and $200 for half day per adult.
--Associate 3 - African American Male - 25 - 35 years old. Will be needed 1.5 days at multiple locations. Rate is min $500 for full day and $200 for half day per adult.
NOTE - All rates are less any applicable agency fees. Also, rates include unlimited usage by the client. This is a NONUNION project.

You MUST be available on the shoot dates and you MUST be able to get the COVID test on the day before per the client specifications. ALSO NOTE - if your appearance has changed from your headshots, please send an updated picture. The client will approve looks and wardrobe prior to coming to set (so it is anticipated that selected talent will need to send pictures at that time). Submissions are due BY 9 pm on Sunday 1/31.
