NYC-BET Digital Seeking Comedians for StandUp Competition Show

Looking for funny comedians for a StandUp Competition Show for BET Digital Show to shoot in late March in NYC.

YOU:
A Stand-Up Comedian
Must be 18+
NYC Based or willing to travel to NYC (on your own dime)
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Non-Union

COMPENSATION: There is no monetary prize for winning, however each of the 15 comedians selected to participate will receive $200.

NEED: To submit a reel of your standup.

DETAILS:
Must sign an appearance release.
Must come camera ready (wardrobe and makeup).
Touch-ups will be available on set.

LOCATION: TBD NYC Comedy Club in front of a real audience
SHOOT DATE: 3/25 + 3/26

Up and coming professional stand-up comedians test their joke writing ability and comedy wit when they are tasked with adding a given topic to their comedy set and attempting to make it as funny as possible. Their performance will be judged by a small panel of experienced/established and professional stand-up comics.
After each set, the pros will rate the comedians and give commentary (possibly poking fun at the new comics), based on their performances. At the end, one comic will be left and coined the funniest StandUp Freestyle comedian!
