Nationwide- TV Show Casting Teens who need help with their weight loss goals

Are you or someone you love struggling with their weight and fitness?

Are you seriously considering surgery and would you like the opportunity to work with a personal trainer and a dietician to get the results that you want?

A TV show is now casting for teens, nationwide, who need help in trying to meet their weight loss goals.  Those that are selected to appear on the show will have the opportunity to document their journey towards a healthier self in a television show.
