“Utopia” centers on a group of people who meet online and find themselves involved in a conspiracy and followed by some kind of an underground, government organization that is wrapped in secrecy. The group finds a comic that changes their lives as they come to suspect that the stories in the book may be more fact than fiction.

1) Include the following information of your child(ren): Name, current AGE (BE EXACT), height, weight, clothing sizes, shoe size, phone, and email
2) Confirm your child is non-union
3) Attach a current LABELED photo of your child(ren) – CURRENT PHOTOS OF CURRENT LOOK – FACE AND FULL BODY
4) Attach your child(ren)s current work permit and Parent/legal guardian affidavit DATA COLLECTION (can be found on our website at www.4starcasting.com)
5) Confirm you have completed the POP profile on your child – it must be done with a different email than yours (if you are registered on our adult POP portal). Each user must have their own email address to register.
6) Confirm your child’s general availability – Open, Extremely Flexible, Flexible, Limited?
7) Confirm if your child is in school or homeschooled? What date does your child go back to school?
8) Confirm if you have a vehicle for transportation for your child or if you would be taking public transportation?
